Snowmobile Certification Information:

We customarily offer a Safety Course the first Saturday in December. If you were born after July 1, 1983, you need to have certification before operating a snowmobile on the VAST trail network.  See other in -person class offerings at https://vtvast.org/annual-events/.

Alternatively the state of Vermont offers an online course for a minimal fee. For more information please click the link below:

24th Travis Mercy Memorial Skate Park Fundraiser

24th Annual Travis Mercy Skatepark Fundraiser Poker Run hosted by Barre Town Thunder Chickens and The Mercy Family. Silent Auction, quilt raffle, and pulled pork dinner, hamburgers, and hotdogs catered by Randy Henry and the Racing Chef's. Snow or no snow the event will go on. 12:30 meal at Barre Town School.
