1. This is for internal VAST office use. Clubs are responsible for updating their own web pages on the VAST site with current officer info! Contact editor@vtvast.org if you do not have a login. 

2. Single club email address REQUIRED. Ex: snowmobileclub@gmail.com or info@snowombileclub.org. If you do not have one, you can very easily sign up for a gmail account for free for your club. Personal emails are for a backup only or certain situations. Make sure all your officers have access and you hand the account over or make changes to your password when there are officer changes. 

4. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED EVERY YEAR FOR ALL CLUBS OR WHEN THERE ARE OFFICER CHANGES
